Each player is permitted to maintain only one account with bon43. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and cancellation of all winnings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited into the player's account during the preceding 30 days.
